Inside a session

How a TPF session runs

Every session follows the same structure, so players know what to expect and parents can see the progress.

  1. 01

    Arrival & warm-up

Players arrive, meet their coach and start with ball mastery and a physical warm-up.

  2. 02

    Technical block

Focused coaching on the week's theme — first touch, passing, finishing, defending or goalkeeping.

  3. 03

    Small-sided games

Everything learned is tested in game-related practices and small-sided matches.

  4. 04

    Review & home challenge

A short review, honest feedback and a simple challenge to practise before the next session.

Player development

Opportunities at every centre

As well as weekly coaching, players at our centres get feedback, a pathway to progress through and access to camps and 1-1 work.

Groups by age and stage

Players are placed in a group that matches their age and current level, so sessions stay challenging.

A clear pathway

Players progress through our pathway stages as their technique, understanding and confidence grow.

Feedback for parents

We tell you what your player is working on and what they should practise next.

More than one route in

Weekly centres, 1-1 coaching, camps and parties all run on the same coaching approach.

Group stages and pathway levels are confirmed by the coaching team — speak to us about the right group for your player.

Next step

Secure your place at a centre

Tell us your player's age and preferred location and we'll come back with the sessions that fit.
